KYVL Online Resources Customer Satisfaction Survey - Spring 2005

The KYVL Collections Work Group conducted Satisfaction Surveys on the current KYVL databases in anticipation of the contract process. The surveys were distributed via email and posted on the KYVL site from February 7 through 1 April. We sought to collect the opinions and needs of our member libraries and their constituents in regard to subscription databases. Based on the results of past surveys, the Work Group has created a number of surveys geared toward the specific user types.
