1. Update on Ex Libris - Linda Voyles

Linda reminded us that the latest issue of the “Ex Librian” newsletter came out in November. She also described the upcoming “Pivotal” upgrade to the Ex Libris/Endeavor customer relationship management (CRM) system. There will be some web-based training made available for the new CRM.

2. Update on Servers - Dave Dempsey

Submitted specifications for a new eastlib server were deemed adequate. It may be possible to upgrade the server before next summer’s Voyager software upgrade.

3. Collaborative Testing and Voyager 7.0 (slightly out of order) - Mike Dicus
Collaborative testing for Voyager 7.0 will begin in January and will focus on technical services and OPAC. Field testing will follow with general release happening in May if all goes well. Voyager 7.1 should be released not long afterwards and this version will focus mainly on interaction with other Ex Libris products.
