Endeavor Consortium Work Group
Training Account Procedures

The Kentucky Virtual Library (KYVL) Endeavor Consortium training account is established to support training needs of the nine (9) public postsecondary institution libraries - Eastern Kentucky University, Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, Northern Kentucky University, Western Kentucky University, University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). When one of these 9 KYVL Endeavor Consortium member libraries contacts Endeavor Information Systems Inc. to schedule training, they should specifically inform Endeavor if the expense is to be paid for by KYVL or by the institution. Other Endeavor Consortium members, private and special libraries, will support their own training needs.

If the expense is billable to the institution, the library should advise Endeavor where to send the invoice and give them a PO number for the invoice to reference.

If the expense is chargeable to KYVL, Endeavor will reference the UofL Purchase Order number that is on record for these expenses and send the invoice to the UofL Purchasing Department with a copy to the KYVL office in Frankfort, Ky. The Director of the KYVL will approve the invoice and notify UofL to pay the invoice.

Endeavor shall include the following information on each invoice: Invoice number, purchase order number, type of training, location of training, dates of training, the name of the trainer, the individual's name who scheduled the training with Endeavor, and the party (institution) responsible for payment to Endeavor, i.e. KYVL, EKU, KSU, etc. Invoices for the KYVL Endeavor Consortium should be sent to the attention of Paula Berry at the University of Louisville.
