provide access to encyclopedias
tell you where to find magazine or journal articles
provide summaries, or abstracts, of the articles
sometimes deliver entire articles directly to your computer

Under this same button you can search online library catalogs from Kentucky libraries. These electronic card catalogs tell you which Kentucky libraries own the material you need.

You have free access from your school or local public library. To get free access from your home or office, contact to your library for the current id/password.

KYVU students are sent the id and password. They can also contact their home institution's library to get it. Read here for descriptions of all 30+ databases.
