- Penalty: up to one year imprisonment , fine, or both
(b) By reproduction or distribution, including by electronic means
- of 10 or more copies
- of 1 or more copyrighted works
- Retail value of $2,500 or more
- Penalty: up to 3 years, fine, or both
- 2nd or subsequent offense: up to 6 years, fine, or both
