the 17th century through the 20th century. This is an excellent site to
see images of American architecture.

- Internet ArtResources provides access to galleries and museums online.
In addition, this site contains feature articles and reviews of art and
is searchable. This first class site is designed for everyone interested
in art.

- 1997 Survey of Public
Participation in the Arts: Summary Report
- This report describes the results of the 1997 Survey of Public Participation
in the Arts (SPPA). This survey data is primarily national but does include
data of selected states and metro areas. In addition to attendance at arts
activities and participation through broadcast and recorded media, the report
covers geographic and demographic differences in participation, arts socialization,
music preferences and other leisure activities as well as background information
