- This is a multimedia site with timelines, biographies, maps, interviews
with veterans and historical information on World War 1.
- U.S. Army Center of Military History
- The official site for U.S. Army history. This site includes links to a
Medal of Honor site and the USA Chief of Staffs professional reading list.
- The Virtual Wall
- This site provides a virtual and interactive experience of the Vietnam
Veterans Wall Memorial. It includes soldier profiles, up-close views of
the 140 panels of the wall, virtual rubbings, and much more.
- World War II- BBC Online
- This is a very good multimedia site on World War II. It includes information
on all aspects of the war and covers the contributions of all the Allied
participants.
