- AIKCU: The Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges & Universities “serves as the collective voice of independent – sometimes referred to as private, nonprofit – colleges and universities in Kentucky.”
- KYVL: The Kentucky Virtual Library
- LVIS: Pronounced “Elvis,” Libraries Very Interested in Sharing was established in 1993 in Illinois and Missouri as the first no-charge resource sharing agreement.
- SAALCK: The mission of the State-Assisted Academic Library Council of Kentucky is to “serve the community of users at Kentucky’s colleges and universities by working together to promote and improve library services, technology, and access to knowledge.”
