The reV@10 Full Planning Team [FPT] has been created and includes the Steering/Core Team.

An orientation to the reVisioning @ 10 Years Strategic Planning process was held September 9, 2009. FPT members attended in person or via the webinar and conference call. Below are the materials covered in the orientation, as well as the recording of the webinar and the worksheet assigned as homework to the Full Planning Team.

reV@10 Strategic Planning Packet – The facilitators, Nancy Ward and Sharon Marcum, walked us through this packet during the Orientation on 9 Sept.
Orientation PowerPoint – Nancy and Sharon used this presentation along with the packet to introduce everyone to the process and terminology of KYVL’s strategic planning initiative.
Orientation Video - We recorded the webinar and audio of the orientation. We recommend you copy it to your own computer and view it with something like Windows Media Player. It is an .avi file, about 200mb and is about 1.5 hours.
SWOT Worksheet - This is “homework” to complete. Each member of the Full Planning Team must complete this worksheet and email it to Sharon Marcum at marcum3@aol.com by 25 Sept.
