Dates at a Glance – for Core and Full Planning Teams:
- Phase II D. Full Planning Team Orientation — 9/9/09 (Wed) 2-4pm Room A, CPE & Online w/LiveMeeting
- FPT receives assignment. Complete the SWOT/Evironmental Scan and submit by 9/25.
- Phase II F. Core Team – 9/15/09 (Tues) all day [registration 8:30am, work 9-4:30pm] Room B, CPE
- CT drafts KYVL’s new Values, Vision and Mission. FPT will receive the VVM draft by COB 9/18.
- Phase II E. Full Planning Team – 9/25/09 (Fri)
- HOMEWORK DUE: FPT submits SWOT/Environmental Scan worksheet to marcum3@aol.com
- Phase II G. Full Planning Team — 9/25/09 (Fri)
- HOMEWORK DUE: FPT submits comments on VVM to marcum3@aol.com.
- Phase II I. Core Team — 10/6/09 (Tues) 1-4pm Room B, CPE
- CT reviews feedback on VVM from the Full Planning Team. Revisions made and VVM put into final draft.
- Phase II J. Full Planning Team — 10/15/09 (Thur) all day (8:30am-4:30pm) KDLA Activity Room(address at the bottom of the page)
- FPT finalizes review of the VVM. Begin the situational analysis and review findings. Draft Goals and Objectives.
- 8:30am registration [danish & coffee] Eastern time
- 9-4:30pm work session [lunch provided]
- Phase II K. Core Team — 10/21/09 (Wed) 1-4pm Room B, CPE
- CT finalizes input for Strategic Plan draft.
- Phase II K. Core Team 10/29/09 (Thur) 1-4 pm Room B, CPE
- Phase II L. Ward/Marcum – 26-30 Oct — Compile final SP draft and submit it to KYVL.
- Phase II M. KYVL – 1st week of Nov 2009 — Prepare Strategic Plan for distribution.
