Support for Libraries
KYVL provides support to all users through the Help Center and Ask a Question form, but librarians and library staff at participating institutions may also contact us by phone or e-mail to report problems, submit IP changes and other requests. We can be reached from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at our toll-free number 877-588-5288 or via email at kyvl@ky.gov.
